Job Description
Job description: We are actively seeking therapists (LISW or LPCC) and licensed clinical psychologists to join our practice. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a preference for full-time providers. Providers have flexibility in creating their schedules and may see patients in person, via telehealth, or through a combination of both. Therapists may focus on individual outpatient therapy or incorporate our adult mental health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) into their role based on their experience and interests. Key Requirements Active Ohio license as an LISW, LPCC, or clinical psychologist Experience providing therapy to individuals with a range of mental health concerns Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based treatment modalities preferred Ability to conduct assessments and individual therapy sessions Assist patients in developing coping skills and strategies to manage their mental health conditions Collaborate with psychiatric providers, psychologists, therapists, and other members of the care team to support comprehensive patient care Why Join Us?
