We are an inclusive, neuroaffirming, somatic, trauma informed, and sensitive therapy practice. A little about us as a practice: Our therapists specialize in trauma, neurodiversity (ADHD + Autism), and the protective responses that may eventually leave us feelings isolated, lonely, overwhelmed, and disconnected from ourselves, our body, and those around us. Salt City therapy works largely with the following Mental Health expressions: Eating Disorders, OCD, Substance use, Relational Struggles, and Trauma. We encourage and support you as a therapist to find interests of support within our primary specializations as we believe protective responses manifest in many ways.
