Full Job Description Join Genesis Therapeutic Services, LLC Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide mental health and behavioral support across diverse populations. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based therapies, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. This role offers an opportunity to work in a school and through telehealth platforms, serving individuals with a wide range of mental health needs. The Therapist will play a vital role in promoting mental health, resilience, and overall well-being for clients of all ages. Duties Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT coding standards. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, psychoeducation, person-centered therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Provide individual, group, family, and crisis intervention sessions tailored to client needs. Utilize research and data collection methods to monitor client progress and treatment efficacy. Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and accurate medical records while ensuring confidentiality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients. Support clients through intake procedures and provide telehealth services when appropriate. Stay current with clinical terminology and behavioral health best practices to enhance patient care. Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling and crisis intervention. Strong knowledge of

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding systems for diagnostic evaluation. Excellent communication skills for effective individual, family and group counseling sessions. Ability to work with diverse populations including children, adults and individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders. Competence in clinical documentation and understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy compliance. Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient assessment tools. Familiarity with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis methodologies. Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and empathy.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
