Job Description

Job Overview Join our Growing Team of Compassionate Clinicians We are seeking a dedicated therapist to join our collaborative group private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care while enjoying the flexibility and support of a private practice. About the role As a therapist in our practice, you will provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse population. You'll have the autonomy to practice your preferred evidence-based approach while benefiting from administrative support, referrals, and a collegial team environment. Responsibilities Develop individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements Maintain client confidentiality and HIPPA regulations Qualifications Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, psychology or related field Active Utah license or license eligible Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture What we offer Flexible scheduling with full time or part time opportunities.
