Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team. We are especially seeking Spanish-speaking clinicians who are passionate about expanding access to culturally responsive mental health services within our diverse communities. Whether you're looking to supplement your current practice, build a larger caseload, or grow your career within a mission-driven organization, Mindify offers a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact while serving individuals and families throughout Middlesex County and surrounding areas. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide therapy services through a combination of onsite care in South Amboy and telehealth appointments while collaborating with psychiatric providers and fellow behavioral health professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Compensation $35-$45 per clinical hour/session Compensation is based on licensure level, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise. Flexible hybrid work environment Established referral network and steady patient flow Opportunity to develop and maintain a consistent caseload Collaborative team-based approach to care Access to psychiatric providers and interdisciplinary support Supportive leadership and mission-driven culture Professional growth opportunities within a growing behavioral health organization Opportunity to help shape programs and services as the organization expands Spanish-speaking clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply Opportunity to serve diverse and multilingual communities What You'll Do Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI) Solution-Focused Therapy Trauma-Informed Care Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness goals Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate Collaboration & Care Coordination Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources Support continuity of care and patient advocacy Documentation & Compliance Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards Follow organizational policies and clinical best practices Qualifications Required Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including:
