  • $70,000 a year
  • Full-time $38,000
  • $70,000 a year
  • Full-time Job Summary We're a small, values-driven therapy practice looking for a thoughtful clinician to grow with us.
In this role, you'll work with a wide range of clients — kids, teens, adults, and older adults — meeting people wherever they are in their mental health journey. We care deeply about showing up for all of it: the hard sessions, the breakthroughs, and everything in between. What matters most to us is that you bring genuine warmth, an open mind, and a real commitment to the people who walk through our door — regardless of their background, identity, or the challenges they're facing. Clinical skill is important, and so is the kind of person you are outside of your credentials. We're building something intentional here, and we want someone who's excited to be part of that — not just filling a caseload, but actually invested in good, thoughtful care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment plans. Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices. Manage crisis situations with effective crisis intervention and crisis management strategies to ensure client safety. Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards within 24-48 of session. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including social workers, case managers, medical professionals, and educators to coordinate comprehensive care. Maintain a caseload of 20 clients or more per week. Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselors or Licensed Professional Counselor (ACMHC/LPC), Social Service Workers or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (SSW/LCSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT/LMFT), or equivalent Utah state credential. Complete all required CEUs for renewal of licensure. Proven experience working with children & family counseling, inpatient/outpatient settings, or clinical research environments. Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering services via telehealth is highly preferred. Familiarity with behavioral health interventions such as behavioral therapy, social work practices, and crisis management techniques. Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care; ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
