We are not simply looking for someone to fill a caseload. We are looking for clinicians who genuinely care about the quality of care they provide, work well as part of a team, and are committed to continuously becoming better clinicians. Our ideal clinician understands that doing great clinical work is a career long pursuit. We value providers who are willing to continue developing their skills, pursuing additional credentials or specialties, participating in consultation, and expanding their clinical knowledge as their professional interests evolve.
