The ideal candidate will utilize evidence-based practices to support individuals including children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through clinical counseling, crisis intervention, and case management within outpatient and telehealth settings. The therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans that promote mental wellness and recovery while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Duties Provide individual sessions implementing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. Implement crisis management techniques and crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health issues. Facilitate intake procedures and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client needs and clinical best practices. Document patient care activities accurately in medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. Engage in case management activities to coordinate care with other healthcare providers and support systems. Participate in telehealth sessions as needed, ensuring effective communication and patient engagement remotely. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field Valid licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) or equivalent credential required. Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, or dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention, crisis management, and behavior management techniques. Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred; familiarity with couples is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy while maintaining confidentiality.
