Four Points therapists work with clients from all backgrounds and identities who are experiencing an array of mental health concerns. We strive for therapists to feel empowered and supported within a structure that provides flexibility and connection. Start date is flexible. The ideal applicant has one year or more remaining in their candidacy and who has internship or post-graduate experience providing individual therapy. The ability to see adolescents and/or provide EMDR will favorably impact a compensation arrangement. Compensation is fee for service at $49 - $54 per session.

Additionally:

PTO and health insurance equal to a benefit of approx. $6700 annually. Weekly clinical supervision equal to a benefit of approx. $6000 annually. Monthly training with compensation for attendance. Professional development opportunities at no cost to employees. Overview In office location with option to work remotely 1-2 days per week Dedicated office space - no office sharing Schedule autonomy and flexibility Weekly consultation groups New client referrals, billing and paperwork managed by administrative team Core responsibilities Conduct a minimum of 25 client sessions per week Conduct intake assessments with diagnosis Participate in clinical supervision and monthly training Manage ongoing appointment scheduling after intake (intakes scheduled by admin) Complete progress notes and other documentation Expectations Ability to practice with skill and judgment commensurate to level of experience Strong time management and interpersonal skills Courteous and professional communication with high level of responsiveness Adherence to regulatory standards including HIPAA Maintenance of active provisional license or certification Qualifications Active Colorado provisional license or certification as LPCC, LSW or SWC Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field Experience with assessment and diagnosis Equal Opportunity Employer Four Points Counseling Center is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
