Therapist - LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist Center for Counseling and Mindful Living, LLC | Princeton, NJ (Hybrid) Full-Time /
Part-Time/Contract Opportunities Available About Us:
At the Center for Counseling and Mindful Living, we provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy and sports/performance psychology services designed to help clients navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and unlock their full potential. We work frequently with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, and performance/stress management goals. Credential Pathway:
Interested in sport and performance psychology? Candidates looking to earn or complete their Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC®) credential through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) may have the unique opportunity for mentorship and supervised training hours.

Clinical Care:
We handle administrative overhead, billing, and initial marketing/client matching so you can focus on client growth and your own professional development. Key Responsibilities Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse caseload of adolescents and adults. Conduct comprehensive initial clinical intake evaluations and develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, Mindfulness-Based approaches) tailored to each client's needs. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation via our Electronic Health Record (SimplePractice). Participate in ongoing clinical consultation and practice growth initiatives. Qualifications Completed Master's degree or Ph.D./Psy.

Licensure:
Active, unrestricted license in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD). (Fully licensed required; provisional/associate licenses may be considered depending on practice supervisory capacity).
Clinical Focus:
Experience or strong interest in working with adolescent and adult populations.
Mindset:
Collaborative, empathetic, and passionate about continuous learning and evidence-based mental health care.
Bonus/Preferred:
Background, interest, or coursework in sport psychology, performance coaching, or mindfulness-based stress reduction.
