Job Description

Overview At The Meridian Therapy Group, we believe that great client care starts with taking care of our clinicians. We are currently seeking 1-3 pre-licensed therapists or licensed therapists (SWLC, PCLC, LCSW, LCPC) who have a passion for working in the areas of trauma/CPTSD, grief, DBT, interpersonal violence, attachment issues, and life transitions. The position would start in September 1, 2026 . Interns are also welcome to apply, although, we have limited space for that type of position. Whether you are freshly starting your post-graduate journey, mid-way through your licensure hours, or fully licensed, we want to support your growth every step of the way. A full time therapist would be expected to hold a 20-25 client caseload. A part time therapist is expected to hold a 10-15 client caseload. You are able to choose what days and times you work! Requirements Masters degree (MSW or Masters in Counseling) Able to use technology and willing to learn new systems (EHR- Therapy Notes) Passionate about working within one of those domains (trauma, DBT, grief, interpersonal issues) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards We are so excited to hear from you!
