This position focuses on providing high-quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families navigate emotional, behavioral, developmental, and life challenges through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's strengths, needs, and therapeutic goals. Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy for children and adolescents using evidence-based treatment approaches. Support children experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, grief, emotional regulation difficulties, and family-related challenges. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote treatment progress and strengthen family support systems. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and professional standards. Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and team meetings. Collaborate with physicians, schools, case managers, and other community providers to coordinate care. Provide telehealth services when appropriate. Respond appropriately to crisis situations and implement safety planning when clinically indicated. Participate in continuing education and professional development. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Active Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) or Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, or Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Passion for working with children, adolescents, and families. Spanish-speaking preferred. Preferred Experience Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents in an outpatient behavioral health setting. Knowledge of child development and family systems. Experience working with children diagnosed with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, or adjustment difficulties. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Trauma-Informed Care Play Therapy (preferred) Parent coaching and family interventions Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
