Compensation:
North Carolina residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). For out-of-state residents, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

  • Like unemployment, disability, and paid leave where available About You Independently Licensed in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost. 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems. About the Role Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Schedule & Caseload:
Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 a.m.
  • 9:00 p.
m. EST. Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments. Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month. Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress. Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate. All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
