The psychotherapeutic work we do is not only trauma-informed, but pulls from recent research in order to provide individualized support for each of our client's unique trauma history and learned trauma responses. We work off of a Partnership model where all clinicians are made partners with ownership of the overall business and direct influence in how the Partnership functions. All clinicians have significant autonomy in how their role is formed while also being able to access support from a collaborative work environment. ND+ is a group private practice which means each clinicians functions largely independently while receiving shared resources and support from other clinicians. Clinical consultation/supervision is available as well as mentorship related to managing a caseload of clients, running a private practice, marketing, etc. A typical week for this role may include the following: Direct clinical work (individual therapy, relational therapy, family therapy, group therapy, etc.

• around 20 hours/week Indirect clinical hours (notes, administrative work, CE activities, etc.
• around 10/week Clinical supervision/consultation with clinical mentor (individual licensure supervision, group licensure supervision, consultation on cases or specific modalities
• 3 hours/week Non-clinical administrative work (cleaning your office, business tasks, etc.
• around 2 hours/week Self Care/Self Development (taking courses, research/reading, preferred activities, etc.
• around 5 hours/week Qualifications Desire to work primarily with neurodiverse clients, queer clients, and clients who have experienced trauma Completion of a master's degree in a counseling related field and licensure in the state of Colorado as either a MFTC or LPCC (independently licensed psychotherapy providers

The amount on money you make is determined by the amount of income you bring in from clinical work and any shared or individual expenses you are responsible for. Pay is determined and dispersed weekly. Expected weekly pay for a Post-Master's Extern Clinician is approximately: 20 sessions per week x $115/session (average)= $2300 Average weekly expenses (office rent, EHR system, etc.)= $550 Average weekly pay= $2300
