Role & Responsibilities As a Licensed Clinical Therapist at Kapolei Counseling Center, you will: ✅ Conduct thorough client interviews and biopsychosocial assessments for youth (8+) and their families. ✅ Facilitate parenting support sessions to strengthen caregiver involvement and family functioning. ✅ Create personalized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. ✅ Offer individual therapy for youth and adolescents. ✅ Review and interpret psychological assessments to guide diagnosis and treatment planning. ✅ Manage a clinical caseload via HIPAA-compliant telehealth and/or in-person sessions. ✅ Participate in regular supervision, peer review, and collaborative case consultations. Requirements:

Must hold a current Hawai'i license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.). Availability for afternoon and weekend.
