This opportunity is designed for developing clinicians who are seeking a clinical setting where they can gain professional experience and complete supervised hours toward licensure while providing meaningful mental health services to clients. Who We're Looking For We welcome applicants pursuing Pennsylvania licensure as a: Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC ) Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT ) Other applicable Pennsylvania behavioral health credentials may be considered Candidates should have completed the graduate education applicable to their intended licensure pathway and currently need supervised professional or clinical hours before obtaining independent licensure. Compensation $40 per completed client session. Each client session must be a minimum of 53 minutes to qualify for the full session payment. Compensation is paid on a per-session basis. Supervised Clinical Experience Pre-Licensed Clinicians will have the opportunity to obtain clinical experience while participating in professional supervision appropriate to their licensure pathway. Clinicians will be expected to participate consistently in required clinical supervision, maintain accurate records of supervised experience, track completed and remaining hours, maintain documentation needed for future licensure applications, participate in case consultation and professional development, and follow applicable Pennsylvania professional and ethical requirements. Applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of how many supervised hours they have already completed. Clinical Responsibilities Responsibilities may include providing individual, family, or other appropriate therapy services; conducting assessments; developing and updating treatment plans; maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation; participating in supervision and case consultation; maintaining appropriate professional boundaries; protecting client confidentiality; and following Simply Therapy policies and professional ethical standards. All services must be performed within the clinician's education, training, supervision arrangement, and permitted scope of practice. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must have a Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health field , with an educational background appropriate for the Pennsylvania professional license being pursued. Applicants should be actively working toward Pennsylvania licensure, currently need supervised professional or clinical hours, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate strong documentation abilities, maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries, and be able to participate consistently in clinical supervision.
