Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing quality mental health services, will value clinical education, and collaborating with colleagues in a small team environment. We serve clients dealing with many presentations including but not limited to depression, anxiety, post partum, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy services utilizing various modalities, including trauma informed care, art therapy, behavioral therapy,. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ICD-10 coding standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including our in house prescriber as needed Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. Experience working with couples, preferred would be specific clinical training related to doing couples work Valid state licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.). Experience in providing therapy for PTSD, addiction counseling, and behavioral issues is preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and experience with ICD-10 coding is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
