Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our organization, you will be responsible for: Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' psychological and emotional needs. Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, implementing evidence-based practices tailored to individual circumstances. Creating and maintaining treatment plans that encourage client engagement and progress. Addressing various issues including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family dynamics, and communication barriers. Providing crisis intervention and support during critical situations.
