Work Environment As a member of our remote team based in Chandler, Arizona, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a telehealth setting that empowers both you and your clients. You will engage with clients using modern telehealth technologies, facilitating seamless and effective therapeutic sessions. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges, ensuring all factors—emotional, social, and contextual—are considered. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments, client goals, and evidence-based practice, regularly refining these plans based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback. Provide therapeutic interventions including individual and family therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices, tailored to fit the postpartum population's specific needs. Engage in continuous monitoring of client progress, adjusting treatment methods as necessary and maintaining open communication regarding changes in treatment strategies. Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans via our secure digital health platforms, adhering to HIPAA regulations. Collaboratively work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care and support. Uphold the highest ethical standards in all clinical practices, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on serving diverse clients who are navigating the challenges of the postpartum experience. This includes addressing issues such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. You will play a vital role in fostering resilience and recovery, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches and ensuring inclusivity in your practice. Qualifications A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Current active licensure in Arizona as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated capacity to provide care both independently and as part of a collaborative team. In-depth understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health, particularly related to maternal mental health. Preferred Experience Experience working with postpartum populations or mothers dealing with perinatal mental health issues. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and platforms for delivering remote therapy. Knowledge of community resources and support systems beneficial to postpartum families. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 80,000
to 104,000, commensurate with experience.
