Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and bilingual Therapist to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals and families with a focus on Spanish-speakers facing various challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapy sessions using faith-informed counseling that addresses the unique needs of each family unit. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients and families. Shadow sessions as well as conduct in-person and virtual sessions independently. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with ICD-9 guidelines. Ability to complete documentation deadlines (36 hours from appointment). Familiar with the utilization of EHR and telehealth technology. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Participate in one hour of direct supervision for every five hours of client contact. No more than six hours of supervision during any single week. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Valid associate licensure as a therapist or counselor in California. Bilingual (Fluent) Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation techniques and mental health counseling methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Open to conducting in-person sessions.
