Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist on our team, you will be responsible for: Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient's trauma history and to determine effective treatment strategies. Creating and executing personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and promoting enduring coping skills. Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), with an emphasis on measurable patient progress. Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions to support patients in processing their trauma, developing resilience, and implementing coping strategies. Providing crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support during trauma-related emergencies. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be individuals who are survivors of trauma. Many of your patients may have experienced difficult life events, including various forms of abuse, loss, and complex trauma.
