Many of our clients suffer from trauma and other related illnesses. We work to mitigate these issues through rehabilitative programs. Currently we seek a full time Licensed Mental Health Therapist. The therapist provides assessment and therapy services to adults and children. Strong documentation skills a plus. Must possess a master's degree with a minimum of a provisional license.
Responsibilities include:
integrating appropriate therapies with clients on an age and developmentally appropriate level completing clinical documentation within established time frames attending Treatment Team meetings and makings presentations on each client assigned working with the team to create personalize, and update all Treatment Plans assuring that plans meet all TNC policy, RBHS manual guidelines and accreditation requirements. Providing individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions, as outlined in the Treatment Plan. Participating in all needed appointments for client and families (school, DSS, DJJ, court, medical, psychiatric, etc.) linking the client and family with specific services and resources as identified in the treatment plan serving as a liaison with other professionals and agencies completing peer audits as assigned rectifying all chart audit deficits within the allotted time frame. Supervision for your independent license will be paid for by the agency.
