Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated provider (LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW) who is licensed to practice independently to join our team at Freedom Behavioral Health Solutions. As an clinical therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, client-centered therapy services to individuals, couples, and families seeking support and guidance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities and client preferences. Provide ongoing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to relationship issues, communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Participate in necessary staffing, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field. Actively engage in outreach, networking, and community education initiatives to promote mental health awareness and expand access to services.

Qualifications:

Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Must be licensed to provide services independent of a supervisor. Strong clinical skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy interventions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion in clinical practice. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
