Everything we do is guided by our six core values: Honor / Integrity / Compassion / Discipline / Excellence / Growth The Opportunity We are seeking a highly attentive, compassionate, and growth-minded Biofeedback / Neurofeedback / tPBM Technician to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, thrives in structured environments, values precision, and wants to be part of helping families experience real transformation. You will work closely with clients during neurofeedback, biofeedback, and tPBM sessions—helping them regulate, improve focus, reduce anxiety, strengthen executive functioning, and support healthier nervous system functioning. This is not simply a "tech" position—it is a patient-facing role that requires emotional intelligence, professionalism, hospitality, and a commitment to clinical excellence. No prior neurofeedback experience is required—we provide comprehensive training for the right person. What is Neurofeedback, Biofeedback & tPBM? Neurofeedback is a safe, non-invasive method of training the brain using real-time EEG technology. It helps improve focus, emotional regulation, sleep, attention, anxiety, and overall brain performance. Biofeedback helps clients learn to regulate their nervous system through heart rate variability (HRV), breathing patterns, stress regulation, and autonomic nervous system training. Transcranial Photobiomodulation (tPBM) (Red Light Therapy) uses specific wavelengths of light to support brain function, healing, cognitive performance, and nervous system regulation. Together, these therapies help clients move beyond symptoms and toward measurable change. Responsibilities Patient Preparation & Session Setup Prepare neurofeedback, biofeedback, and tPBM equipment prior to each session Properly place sensors, electrodes, and equipment while ensuring patient comfort and confidence Maintain room readiness, cleanliness, and treatment supplies Client Experience & Session Support Guide clients through sessions with warmth, professionalism, and clear communication Help children, teens, and adults feel calm, safe, and supported during treatment Explain treatment processes in a simple, reassuring, and patient-friendly way Clinical Monitoring & Documentation Monitor sessions closely to ensure proper equipment function and protocol accuracy Observe patient responses and communicate relevant updates to clinical leadership Maintain accurate and timely session notes, progress tracking, and treatment documentation Operational Excellence Follow safety procedures, HIPAA standards, and clinical protocols with precision Support treatment plan coordination and clinician communication Assist with scheduling flow and treatment room readiness for seamless daily operations Team Collaboration Participate in weekly meetings and clinical training Support continuous improvement of systems, workflow, and patient experience You'll Be Successful If You… Notice details others miss Stay calm and professional in fast-paced clinical environments Communicate clearly and compassionately Create trust and comfort for families Follow systems while thinking proactively Value both hospitality and clinical precision Take pride in excellence and consistency Qualifications High school diploma or GED required College coursework in psychology, neuroscience, biology, healthcare, or related fields strongly preferred Prior healthcare, therapy, pediatric, behavioral health, or patient-facing experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to help clients feel comfortable and understood Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning clinical software systems Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured protocols precisely Professional, calm, and service-oriented demeanor Genuine passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful clinical outcomes Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience working with children or neurodiverse populations Experience with neurofeedback, qEEG, biofeedback, HRV training, or red light therapy Knowledge of behavioral health, autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or nervous system regulation Experience in boutique healthcare, private practice, or high-touch patient environments What We Offer Paid training to become a Neurofeedback / Biofeedback Technician Ongoing clinical education and professional development A supportive, mission-driven team environment Opportunities for growth within a high-level neuropsychological clinic The ability to make a real and measurable difference in people's lives A clinic culture built on excellence, compassion, and purpose Who This Role Is For This position is best suited for someone who sees this as a professional career path—not temporary work.
