Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to room attendants throughout the shift. Collect and transport soiled linens to designated laundry areas. Remove trash and debris from guest room corridors and housekeeping carts as needed. Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and operational needs. Public Area Cleaning Clean and maintain the entire lobby area, ensuring it remains neat, organized, and guest-ready at all times. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum lobby floors, entrances, hallways, elevators, and other public spaces. Clean lobby furniture, windows, glass doors, and high-touch surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout public areas. Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and replenish supplies as needed. Ensure exterior entryways and walkways are free of litter and debris. Housekeeping Operations Transport supplies and equipment throughout the hotel as needed. Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments. Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness standards. Qualifications Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed. Ability to remain active throughout the entire shift.
