We're a small, relationship-focused residential treatment program located in West Cedar City supporting early adolescent girls (ages 11-14) through healing, growth, and connection. What You'll Do Provide weekly individual, group, and family therapy with a blend of playfulness and depth. Clinical team members work M-F, regular business hours with the occasional on call rotation. Create personalized treatment plans rooted in compassion, clinical insight, and developmental awareness Participate in (and sometimes lead!) fun activities , nature-based experiences, and occasional camping and high-adventure trips Join students in outdoor play, expressive therapies, yoga, swinging while doing therapy, and horse time —because movement, play, and fresh air are powerful therapeutic tools. Support family systems through regular parent sessions, coaching, and workshops Collaborate with a vibrant, skilled multidisciplinary team to ensure each student's growth is well-supported Maintain timely, clear, thoughtful documentation that reflects the heart of the work Stay curious and committed to professional development—and to being your authentic self. Get trained and proficient in DBT, EMDR or Brainspotting , other trauma therapies, Family Systems work, etc. You Might Be a Great Fit If You… Hold a master's degree (or higher) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Are licensed or license-eligible in Utah (CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) Have experience with adolescents and/or residential or experiential therapy settings Love the idea of mixing deep therapeutic work with joy, movement, and outdoor adventure Are comfortable with themes around gender, identity, trauma, and family systems Affirm and support all people , including LGBTQ+ youth, and honor each student's identity and personal journey Believe in therapy that includes connection, nature, curiosity, and sometimes dogs and horses. Compensation & Perks Salary:
