Position:

Mental Health Therapist (Associate or Fully Licensed)

Hours:

What We Offer Pay Associates:

$40-45 per session

Fully Licensed:

$52-$55 per session Unlimited time off CE's & supervision included Furnished office space in Clinton Administrative support (billing, scheduling, benefits checks) Flexible scheduling & hybrid options A supportive team environment where your voice matters Your Role Provide clinical counseling services to clients of Mindful Connections Therapy Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (intake, progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) Collaborate with clients' treatment teams (PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as needed Build and manage a caseload of 16-24 weekly sessions (part-time) with openness to grow Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and collaborative projects Be available for at least one evening per week Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work Active Utah license (LCSW, CSW, LMFT, AMFT, CMHC, ACMHC) Alignment with Mindful Connections Therapy's mission, vision, and values Organized, dependable, and collaborative At least one clinical specialty (teens, trauma, couples, children, grief, anxiety, etc.) Bonus if you're trained/interested in modalities like EMDR, Brainspotting, Art Therapy, or Play Therapy This Position is Not for You If… You're looking for "just a job" and not a long-term team You prefer to work solo and avoid collaboration You want to open your own practice in the next year You don't feel aligned with our mission and values This Position is Perfect for You If… You thrive in a collaborative, authentic environment You're passionate about helping clients heal and grow You enjoy creative freedom in your work while being part of a supportive team You value ongoing learning, personal growth, and anti-oppressive practice Your looking for somewhere to put your professional roots down To Apply https://mindfulconnectionstherapists.com/careers
