We're hiring a licensed mental health therapist to provide child, adolescent, and family therapy as we add mental health to our established pediatric practice. This isn't a build-from-scratch role, the demand is already here. Our families come to us for speech, OT, and PT and are already asking for mental health support, so you'll step into a warm, growing caseload of kids and families who already know and trust Legendary. Full-time or part-time available. What You'll Do Provide individual, child/adolescent, and family therapy to our pediatric families Conduct diagnostic intake evaluations and develop treatment plans Coordinate care with our OT, ST, and PT teams for a whole-child approach Partner with parents through coaching and family sessions Maintain timely clinical documentation (AI-assisted documentation supported) Required Active Utah license — LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC (independently licensed) Experience with children, adolescents, and families Collaborative, family-centered approach Preferred Registered Play Therapist (RPT) or play-therapy training Experience with anxiety, ADHD, ASD, and behavioral concerns Comfort with parent coaching and family-systems work Schedule. Flexible full-time or part-time, with some after-school/early-evening availability. We build a schedule that works for you (45-minute sessions with built-in time between clients for notes).
