Fully Licensed Individual & Couples Therapist Inner Glow Counseling Holladay, UT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $60 - $70 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Working with couples Couples therapy Master's degree Full Job Description About Inner Glow Counseling Inner Glow Counseling is a warm, relationship-centered private practice dedicated to helping individuals and couples deepen connection, heal relational wounds, and create meaningful change. We value authentic therapeutic relationships, clinical excellence, and creating a supportive environment for both clients and clinicians. Position Overview We are seeking a fully licensed therapist to join our growing private practice team in a part-time or full time, in-person role (15-35 hours/week) . This clinician will provide therapy to both individual adults and couples , with a strong emphasis on couples work. The ideal candidate has solid clinical experience, is relationally attuned, and has specialized training and hands-on experience working with couples in therapy . Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy to individual adults and couples
- Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation
- Maintain an active caseload of approximately 15-35 client hours per week
- Deliver evidence-based, relationship-focused couples therapy
- Collaborate with practice leadership as needed regarding referrals and case fit
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensure requirements Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted clinical license in Utah (LMFT, LCSW, CMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Experience providing therapy to both individuals and couples
Required:
training and demonstrated clinical experience in couples therapy- Strong preference for clinicians trained in modalities such as EFT, Gottman Method, systemic therapy, or other evidence-based couples approaches
- Excellent clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently within a private practice setting
