We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals in a residential treatment setting, providing therapeutic support, and contributing to a team-driven approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals Facilitate psychoeducation and therapeutic groups focused on [specific topics, e.g., coping skills, relapse prevention, mindfulness, etc.]. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and organizational standards. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training opportunities. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Licensed Clinical Therapist Requirements:

Must have valid Utah State licensure (ACMHC, CMHC, LMFT, or LCSW). Experience preferred, but will consider supervision for licensure.

Responsibilities:

Working knowledge of evidence-based treatment strategies and interventions to provide patient care through weekly individual or family therapy sessions, support to residents, their families, and other professionals involved in the treatment plan Perform other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor. Ability to use word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
