Job Description

Weber Recovery Center provides care men 18 and up who struggle with substance use disorder and mental health. We offer inpatient social detoxification, residential, medication assited treatment, and intensive outpatient treatment. We assist individuals in succeeding with their long-term rehabilitation and recovery goals. We're looking forward to welcoming therapists who have a passion to help others that are struggling with addition and mental health.
Responsibilities:
In this position, you'll be responsible for: Developing and implementing treatment plans for clients Diagnose clients with SUD, behavioral, and mental illness Collaborate with other professionals as needed to create the most effective treatment program for your clients Conducting individual and group therapy sessions Completing individual and group session notes in a timely manner Preparing psychological or mental health assessments Determining and relaying case management needs of clients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring progress Maintain licensure in good standing with the
State of Utah Department of Professional Licensing Requirements:
Active License and ability to practice in Utah, which includes:
LCSW LMFT CMHC
Candidates that are within six months of obtaining their independent licensure are also encouraged to apply. Ability to maintain confidentiality about the clients, families, staff, and any other protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA. Ability to pass a Background Check. Current driver's license and reliable transportation to be able to transport clients on occasion to outings or events. Speak, write, read and/or communicate fluently in the English language. Must comply with employment agreement, policies and procedures, and all regulatory and statutory requirements. Must be computer literate and able to read and respond to multiple company emails and internal messaging per day. Must have access to wi-fi or internet connection outside of work hours.
