We're hoping to find someone who feels like a great addition to our little team. At Wild Sunflower Counseling, we're a small group practice that genuinely enjoys working together. We value authenticity, curiosity, and creating an environment where both our clients and our therapists can grow. We specialize in trauma therapy, somatic work, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, but we also believe therapists do their best work when they're able to build a caseload that reflects who they are and what they love. Whether your passion is complex trauma, anxiety disorders, relationships, neurodiversity, young adults, or something else, we want you to have the freedom to develop a practice that feels meaningful to you. We're currently looking for a therapist who would like to maintain a caseload of at least 15-25 client sessions each week. You might be a great fit if you... Are curious about somatic work, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, or psychedelic integration Appreciate collaboration and consultation but also enjoy having autonomy in your work. Want to be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team. You don't need to come in already trained in everything we do. We're much more interested in finding someone who is curious, engaged, and excited to continue growing as a therapist. What it's like to work here We're intentionally a small practice. We like knowing each other, supporting one another, celebrating wins, and having people to consult with when cases get complicated. You'll receive supervision or consultation from a supervisor experienced in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapies, and KAP, and you'll have opportunities to deepen your skills in experiential and trauma-focused therapy. At the same time, you'll have the freedom to create a caseload that fits your own interests and clinical style.
