Role Description The Program Therapist is a full-time, on-site position based in Riverton, UT, responsible for providing individual and group therapy to youth and families. This role includes conducting clinical assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT in coordination with program goals. The Program Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case consultations, and maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
