Job Description

Theory and Method is an expanding group practice in Reno and Salt Lake City, offering specialized treatment for trauma, OCD, autism, ADHD, and more. We support individuals, couples, and families across their lifespans, providing impactful therapy tailored to unique needs. This position is a full-time position with insurance and paid time off. Role Overview Clinical Workload :
Average of 25 hours per week of direct clinical care
Duties :
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy (individual, couples, family, group).
Tech-Savvy :
Leverage electronic medical records, online scheduling, and Google Suite for seamless care delivery. Ideal candidate
Licensed and Committed :
Licensed in Utah and in good standing.
Clinical Expertise :
Specialized experience in trauma, couples therapy, eating disorders, OCD, addiction, or working with children/adolescents.
Leader and Team Player :
Interested in or experienced with clinical supervision, capable of working autonomously while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Driven and Passionate :
A reliable therapist with a genuine desire to help clients and grow within a thriving practice.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
