Job Description

Overview Join our Veritas Counseling mental health team as a Catholic Mental Health Therapist with a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. You need to have graduated with a clinical track, which is usually 60 credit hours and included a clinical internship. We accept Residents in Counseling or Psychology, and Supervisees in Social Work, as well as fully licensed persons. We are hiring in Winchester, Front Royal, and Fairfax, please let us know which office you prefer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate, faith-based mental health services to different populations, including children, couples, adolescents, and adults. You will utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to clinical documentation standards to deliver high-quality care within a supportive small business model. Part-time therapists have a caseload of 12-15 sessions a week and full-time have 22-30 sessions a week. Sessions are mostly in-person. Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions for in-person therapy. Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions utilizing secure video, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and clinical ethical guidelines. Maintain thorough clinical documentation standards adhering to HIPAA regulations while ensuring timely completion in medical records and behavioral health charts.
Pay:
$60.00 - $100.00 per hour
