In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy for children and teens with diverse psychiatric and behavioral needs. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and, when appropriate, group therapy to children and adolescents using evidence-based, developmentally appropriate interventions Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions for child and adolescent clients Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the care team Perform ongoing risk assessments and provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic care Communicate and coordinate with parents or caregivers, schools, pediatricians, and community agencies to support treatment goals and continuity of care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record system Participate in case consultations, supervision or peer review, and internal trainings to support continuous learning and best practices Incorporate trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and ethical standards into all aspects of clinical practice Contribute to program development and quality improvement efforts to enhance services for children, adolescents, and families Required Skills Child and adolescent psychotherapy Clinical assessment and diagnosis Treatment planning CBT and evidence-based therapies Trauma-informed care Risk assessment and crisis intervention Family therapy Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Interdisciplinary collaboration Cultural competence Psychoeducation Care coordination Time management Professional ethics and boundaries
