In this role, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to deliver holistic care. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches tailored to patient needs. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, including biopsychosocial assessments, risk assessments, and treatment recommendations. Develop, implement, and regularly update collaborative treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions. Document all clinical encounters, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and promptly in the electronic health record in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions as clinically indicated, and maintain regular follow-up to support positive outcomes. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other team members to coordinate holistic, patient-centered care. Perform ongoing suicide and violence risk assessments, respond to crises, and implement appropriate safety planning and referrals. Provide psychoeducation to patients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources. Participate in case consultations, clinical team meetings, and interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient care and treatment approaches. Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training to maintain and enhance clinical competencies and licensure requirements. Support quality improvement initiatives, outcome measurement, and adherence to best practices and organizational policies.
