Our philosophy is rooted in acceptance, curiosity, and authentic human connection - honoring each person's story and supporting them in finding their own paths in life! We are seeking a part-time, fully licensed therapist (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC) to provide in-person therapy to children and adolescents. There is the potential to transition to full-time status after three months. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical intakes and biopsychosocial assessments Complete 10-15 in-person sessions per week Coordinate and collaborate with systems (e.g., school, courts) and act as an advocate in support of client's treatment Maintain a caseload of primarily child and adolescent clients Approach work through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered lens Maintain electronic health records to reflect treatment and clinical interventions Partake in parent consultations Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to build strong referral pathways and increase caseload Attend weekly check-ins, group consultations, quarterly reviews, and other meetings as assigned Collaborate with administrative staff for smooth client onboarding and billing processes

Payment :

$60-65 per clinical hour

You'll have access to professional development opportunities through stipends and group consultation You'll have a flexible, in-person or hybrid schedule and have an opportunity to transition to full-time You'll be able to do meaningful, trauma-informed work with children and adolescents You'll have the opportunity to learn about the business side of a mental health practice Qualifications Required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Independently licensed therapist (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) in Washington State Experience working with, and providing trauma-informed services to, children (3-12) and adolescents (13-17) Successful completion of a criminal background check Warm, effective, transparent communication Ability to commute to West Seattle two to three time a week Willingness to go through insurance credentialing process with major insurance companies Commitment to professional development Ability to provide sessions on Mondays, Fridays, and/or weekends due to space availability Ability to provide sessions in the evenings (or after school hours) Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Preferred Familiarity with Simple Practice Bilingual or multilingual are strongly encouraged to apply
