This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is looking to build their professional career in a supportive practice environment while working with a diverse range of clients. Our practice provides counseling services to children, adults, couples, and families , allowing clinicians to develop experience across a variety of presenting concerns and client populations. LMFTA/LMHCA

will: Provide individual, couples, and family counseling services. Provide age-appropriate therapeutic services to children and adolescents as appropriate. Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate client records. Develop individualized treatment goals and treatment plans. Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice. Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and consultation. Maintain appropriate communication with clients, families, and other members of the care team when applicable. Participate in continuing education and professional development. Build and maintain a therapeutic environment that is safe, respectful, and supportive for clients.

Qualifications Required:

Current LMFTA or LMHCA credential in Washington State . Ability to provide counseling services in an in-office setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care. Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.

Preferred:

Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families. Interest in developing a broad clinical skill set. Strong desire for continued professional growth and development.
