We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Professional Counselor-In-Training (LPC-IT) to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing clinician who wants to gain meaningful experience providing therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders while receiving supervision from experienced professionals as you work toward independent licensure. Located in the rolling hills of southwest Wisconsin, our residential treatment center provides evidence-based care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Every day, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while continuing to grow your clinical skills. Full-Time Schedule (choose one): Sunday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm
What You'll Do:
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions Complete biopsychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment Receive clinical supervision and continue developing your therapeutic skills
What You'll Bring:
Active Wisconsin LPC-IT license (required). Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field Passion for helping individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Valid Wisconsin driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screen CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
