Job Description

Northwest Connections is seeking Mobile Mental Health Crisis Workers to provide in-person crisis intervention and risk assessment for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies in St Croix County, Wisconsin. This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible scheduling, ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income. This role operates under Wisconsin DHS 34 and Chapter 51 statutes.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond on-call to mobile mental health crisis situations Conduct mental health and suicide risk assessments Provide crisis intervention and support least-restrictive response planning Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners Complete required clinical documentation
Schedule & Location:
Part-time, on-call Available shifts: 7 days a week 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM; including weekends and holidays Home-based/on-call with responses throughout St Croix County, including
New Richmond, Hudson, Baldwin, WI Pay & Compensation:
$40.00 per 8-hour on-call shift (paid whether dispatched or not) $27.50/hour when responding (assessment, travel, documentation) $0.70/mile mileage reimbursement $18.00/hour training pay
