Yellow Root Counseling is looking to add a therapist to our team! We are a small, laid-back private practice that values flexibility, autonomy, and a positive team environment. The Position Independent contractor (LPC, LPC-IT, LMFT, LMFT-IT, LCSW) Part-time or full-time — you choose Make your own schedule No minimum caseload Choose your own clients and areas of practice Referrals provided; you decide which referrals are a good fit In-person practice with telehealth available based on client need Dedicated office space (part-time therapists may share an office depending on schedule) No required evenings, weekends, or specific number of clients Compensation Fully licensed: 70/30 split, with 70% going to the therapist

LPC-IT/LMFT-IT/APSW

60/40 split, with 60% going to the therapist Split is based on insurance reimbursement or client payment We accept private insurance, Medicaid/ForwardHealth, and private pay Therapists may charge a $100 no-show/late cancellation fee at their discretion What We Provide Referrals Billing and insurance Scheduling and payment collection Administrative support SimplePractice Free individual supervision for LPC-IT and LMFT-IT clinicians No self-marketing required APSWs may apply if they have an outside supervision arrangement. What We're Looking For We are open to therapists with varying levels of experience. We are primarily looking for someone who is kind, collaborative, independent, and a good fit with our team. Experience working with couples is a plus, but not required. You'll be responsible for your own clinical documentation and professional liability insurance.
