In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive training programs designed to prepare students for real-world emergency response scenarios. Your expertise will empower future healthcare providers, first responders, law enforcement personnel, and military members to deliver life-saving care with confidence and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the next generation of emergency care professionals through engaging classroom instruction and practical course design. The ideal candidate is passionate about adult education, emergency medicine, and fostering diverse learning environments. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging BLS, ETT, and EMT courses aligned with current industry standards and curriculum requirements. Design innovative training modules that incorporate hands-on skills practice, scenario-based learning, and assessments to ensure comprehensive understanding. Instruct students in essential emergency care techniques including CPR, first aid, personal protective equipment (PPE) use Evaluate student performance through practical exams, written tests, and continuous feedback to promote mastery of skills. Maintain a safe classroom environment by adhering to safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and emergency procedures Support students from diverse cultural backgrounds by employing inclusive teaching methods that cater to varied learning styles and experiences. Skills Extensive knowledge of adult education principles and adult learning strategies for effective course delivery. Proven experience in emergency care settings such as emergency rooms or pre-hospital environments as an EMT or related role. Expertise in curriculum development for CPR, first aid, BLS/ETT training instruction, and course design. Ability to teach classroom-based courses as well as practical skills in simulated environments. Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and emergency medicine procedures.
