We are looking for two exceptional part-time Wellness Studio Associates to join our opening team. The Reset Studio offers a modern approach to wellness and recovery through services including infrared sauna, contrast therapy, red light therapy, lymphatic and recovery compression, vibroacoustic relaxation and other recovery technologies. This is more than a traditional front-desk position. Our Wellness Studio Associates help create the welcoming, elevated experience our clients receive from the moment they walk through the door while also helping keep the studio organized, clean and running smoothly. Schedule & Availability Approximately 15-20 hours per week. This position is primarily designed for afternoon, evening and weekend coverage.

Typical shifts may include:

• Weekday afternoons/evenings
• Friday afternoon/evening
• Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Occasional Sundays for private events, special bookings or expanded studio hours Weekday morning availability not required but is a plus. Saturday availability is required. Occasional Sunday availability is strongly preferred. What You'll Do
• Warmly welcome clients and help create an exceptional in-studio experience
• Manage client check-ins and check-outs
• Assist with scheduling and client questions
• Learn our wellness and recovery equipment and confidently guide clients through their sessions
• Prepare, clean and reset rooms between clients
• Explain studio services, memberships and packages
• Answer phones and assist with client communication
• Use our scheduling and client-management software
• Maintain a clean, calm and beautifully presented studio
• Support the Client Experience Lead with day-to-day studio operations
• Help create the kind of experience that makes clients want to return We're Looking for Someone Who Is

We are happy to train the right person. Previous experience in hospitality, spa/wellness, boutique fitness, customer service, chiropractic/medical offices or another high-touch client environment is helpful, but not required. Personality, professionalism, dependability and willingness to learn matter tremendously to us.

Compensation:

$15-$18/hour depending on experience Expected hours: Approximately 15-20 per week
