• 21/hour | Approximately 40 hours/week The Reset Studio is a new luxury wellness and recovery studio opening in the Village of Providence in Huntsville.

We are looking for a warm, polished, dependable Client Experience Lead to become a key part of our opening team. The Reset Studio offers a modern approach to wellness and recovery through services including infrared sauna, contrast therapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, vibroacoustic relaxation and other recovery technologies. This is not a traditional receptionist position. Our Client Experience Lead will help create the welcoming, elevated experience our clients receive from the moment they walk through the door while also helping keep the studio organized and running smoothly.

Typical Schedule:

FT position as 40 hours/week with weekday, evening and rotating Saturday availability required What you'll do Welcome clients and create an exceptional in-studio experience Manage appointments, check-ins and check-outs Assist clients with memberships, packages and studio services Learn our wellness and recovery equipment and confidently guide clients through their sessions Prepare and reset treatment and recovery rooms between clients Answer phones, texts and client questions Use our scheduling and client-management software Maintain a clean, calm and beautifully presented studio Assist with membership sales and client retention Help coordinate day-to-day studio operations Work closely with the owner and part-time studio associates Help establish the systems and culture of a brand-new wellness studio We're looking for someone who is Warm, friendly and genuinely enjoys working with people Highly dependable and punctual Professional and polished Comfortable learning technology and new equipment Organized and able to manage several things at once Proactive—you notice what needs to be done without always being asked Comfortable discussing services and memberships with clients Interested in wellness, recovery, fitness, hospitality or healthcare Excited about helping build something new Experience in a wellness studio, spa, boutique fitness facility, hospitality, chiropractic/medical office or other high-touch client environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Because we are a new studio, we're especially looking for someone who enjoys being part of a growing business and wants to take ownership of their role.

Compensation:

$19
