This position supports clinical competency, patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and professional development across the organization. The educator collaborates with nursing, medical staff, allied health professionals, and hospital leadership to identify educational needs and implement effective learning strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical/management setting Bachelor's degree in nursing required ICU experience required Experience in LTAC setting is preferred
BLS/ACLS
Certifications required Previous experience in staff development, clinical education, professional development, or healthcare training preferred. Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles and competency-based education. Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
