Job Description

We are currently recruiting to hire multiple role players to join our team for a Government Training Agency for training scenarios in Huntsville, AL. We are looking to building our team of role players in Huntsville, AL area for this part-time employment opportunity (only a few days a month) to create a realistic training environment they could potentially encounter in the field. We are looking for candidates of all experience levels, demographics, must be physically fit to support training in a wide variety of roles. These positions include but are not limited to arrest situations, being searched, OPFOR, interviews, and playing a victim. A clearance is not required to work, if you do have an active clearance, please let us know.
Applicants:
Must be 18 years of age. Must pass a background check (no criminal record or conviction of a felony crime) and possible drug screening. Must possess a valid state driver's license with a star and must be able to provide own transportation to and from the training site.
Must be physically fit:
in good health and able to move/walk/simulate physical attack scenarios/lay on ground or stand for periods of time. Be comfortable being handcuffed in standing, kneeling and prone positions, walking while handcuffed and sitting in a car. Be comfortable with physical contact training scenarios and air soft for force-on-force training scenarios with protective gear. Must be able to perform job in an austere field environment during all weather conditions. Must be able to understand, follow and carry out all directions issued during training exercise. Stay in role during all scenario events and follow instructions/directions given to you by instructors/supervisors.
