Job Summary Job Summary The Community Schools Wellness Coach provides direct wellness, social-emotional, and behavioral health supports to students and families as part of GTA's Wellness Center and Community Schools model. Under the direction of the Director of Wellness & Mental Health Programs, the Wellness Coach supports student wellness, SEL implementation, behavioral health screening and referral, care coordination, family resource navigation, and school-wide wellness initiatives. The position works collaboratively with school staff, families, community partners, and service providers to reduce non-academic barriers to learning and connect students and families with appropriate supports.
