We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Coach to support neurodivergent and diverse communities. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in guiding individuals through personalized coaching sessions, fostering growth, and empowering clients to achieve their personal and developmental goals. Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals and diverse communities. Develop and implement personalized coaching plans that promote skill development, self-awareness, and confidence. Utilize strong writing skills to document progress, create coaching materials, and communicate effectively with clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure coaching approaches are inclusive, respectful, and responsive to each client's background and preferences. Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation to help clients overcome challenges and reach their goals. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions. Stay informed about best practices in coaching, neurodiversity, and diversity inclusion initiatives.

Skills & Location Requirements Location:

Residence in Contra Costa County or Alameda County is preferred due to client proximity.

Communication:

Excellent writing skills for documentation, communication, and resource creation.

Experience:

Proven experience or training in coaching techniques with a focus on neurodivergent communities or diverse populations.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong ability to build trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
