Full Job Description Position Type:

Contract •Must be available to work the following events: 9/23 in Fontana and 10/14 in Chino•We are seeking an experienced Health Coach / Biometric Screener who is passionate about helping others improve their health and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a personal commitment to wellness and a high standard of personal excellence.

Responsibilities:

Provide intrinsic health coaching to individuals, helping them make sustainable lifestyle changes. Conduct biometric screenings , including measuring manual blood pressure and performing finger-stick glucose/cholesterol testing . Adhere to best practices for health screenings and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

Experience in health coaching , health education , and health promotion . Experience measuring biometrics such as manual blood pressure and finger-stick glucose and cholesterol testing using a CardioCheck is required Basic knowledge of data entry into tablets . A strong personal commitment to wellness and a passion for helping others achieve optimal health. A positive attitude , professionalism, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment. Bilingual preferred, but not required.
